Leading ethical management such as ‘KT & G Corporate Ethics Day’ and employees ‘Ethics Room Pledge’
KT & G (CEO Kyung -man Bang) participated in the 22nd Yoon Kyung Forum CEO Pledge, hosted by the Industrial Policy Research Institute (IPS) and Seoul National University of Science (ASSIST) and pledged to actively practice ethical management.
The ‘Yoon Kyung CEO Pledge’ held at the ASSIST Finnish Tower in Seodaemun -gu, Seoul on the 24th was the subtitle ‘Ethical competitiveness is soon creation of shared value’. 120 companies, social groups, and academics, including Sung Jong -hoon, head of the KT & G Compliance Management Center, attended to strengthen their willingness.
KT & G designated June 2 as ‘KT & G Corporate Ethics Day’ every year, and the CEO directly delivers an ethical management message to all employees.
In addition, KT & G operates a reporting channel for non -ethical acts on the homepage, and enhances ethical consciousness through the ‘ethical room pledge’ with all employees once a year, and attaches the ‘ethical tribute special terms and conditions’ even when signing with a partner.
